It is a lost art in many areas, but tea time was a tradition. All the ladies knew that at some time of day, they were beautiful to watch and host or be hosted, for tea.
While those pieces that are supposed to go this event is always readily available, such as accent tables, very few know the rules that go with tea time. If you set part of the decor of your home to be reminded of a time when afternoon tea was enjoyed, why not learn the tradition, and bring it back into service.
Low Vs tea. High Tea
There are actually two kinds of tea, tea and tea low height. Each are at different times of day, and are paired with food offerings.
Low Tea
Low tea is traditionally held at teatime in the afternoon, and still is concluded before dinner. To configure an environment of weak tea, you put all your tables emphasis teatime. One of the paintings focus should be holding the teapot, and condiments to the beverage. The tables focus should organize other plates fine, and snacks that are supposed to go with the tea is weak, you are offering.

If you're not up to full price, you may want to provide a cream tea or weak tea for tea time low. A cream tea will see your accent tables filled with scones and jam. A tea light will scones and other delicacies available.
High Tea
High Tea is a meal it's time to have a spot of tea. There are three courses at a high tea event, get your accent tables ready for a session training.
High Tea is held at dinner, and offers essentially a meal in pieces on fine china, while those in attendance can also enjoy their tea and a social atmosphere. When you create your High Tea event, you must prepare a variety of savories and other snacks to begin to satiate the appetites of your guests. Remember this is not just a small snack, but it is expected to be a substantial meal to accompany the tea, do not underestimate the number of savories you need. Then fill your accent tables with scones, jam and cream. After this course is complete, the tables must be invaded by candy pleasant as biscuits and cakes.
